How does the recruiter discovery feature work? +
Get Discovered is a feature currently in development that will let you showcase your skills to recruiters from top firms. Once launched, it will be completely opt-in—your performance data will be anonymized so recruiters see your demonstrated abilities without your personal information. If they're interested, they'll be able to reach out through the app. You'll stay in control of who can contact you and when. This feature is being built to help turn your hard work into real career opportunities.
